Payment terms are specified in service agreements, with balances due upon completion unless other arrangements are approved in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency service calls receive priority scheduling. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, previous job complexities, or emergency situations requiring immediate attention.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship is guaranteed for one year from service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts, with terms varying by product. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or property damage unrelated to our work. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our insurance covers damages directly caused by our negligence during service provision, with claims subject to investigation and policy terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to equipment, disclose known hazards, secure pets, and ensure work areas are clear. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or homeowner association approvals unless included in our service agreement. Existing code violations, improper installations, or hazardous conditions may affect service feasibility and pricing. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling fees or service cancellation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. Each party bears its own costs, with the arbitrator awarding fees to the prevailing party as appropriate. Class actions and jury trials are waived. These terms are governed by California law.
